The present invention relates to a marine fuel cell cooling system, including a fuel cell system with a fuel cell stack and an energy storage device, a ballast water tank that exchanges heat with seawater, a pump that circulates the ballast water to cool the fuel cell system, and a controller that adjusts the pump speed based on the outlet water temperature.
