One embodiment of the present invention provides an electrocatalyst electrode comprising: a nickel foam having an Fe–Ni heterocomposite simultaneously having nitrogen functionalization and oxygen vacancies; a sheet structure disposed on a surface of the nickel foam and including iron and nickel; and a carbon matrix disposed on the sheet structure and containing clusters of iron-containing nanospheres therein.
